Why another math ACT review book? When a student thumbs through this book, she doesn't feel defeated right from the start. Other books present solutions in dry and ineffectual manners and in the shortest possible text. They are virtually indistinguishable one from the other. Math ACT Personal Tutor is different for the following reasons: 1. Easy to follow step-by-step solutions for all problems. 2. Cartoons with hints for solving problems are presented in the first two exams so as to maintain student interest. Five exams are included. 3. Formulas and definitions are introduced at the beginning of the book and students are encouraged to review and understand them prior to proceeding to the sample tests. 4. Lots of white spaces to make the text less intimidating. 5. Questions are repeated on the answer pages in order to obviate the necessity of turning back to the questions.
