The Ebola epidemic in west Africa continues to explode, as the world watches. America is not invulnerable to the virus. As the first suspected cases of hemorrhagic fever begin to appear outside of Africa, strange events surround them. Dr. Ariel Chevalier, an emergency medicine resident at a prestigious medical center in Phoenix, Arizona, finds herself in the middle of the newly developing crisis. But Africa is not the problem.
