This book is primarily a lab manual filled with hands-on labs for Microsoft Windows Server. Labs in this book are designed to provide students with hands-on practice on common Windows Server Administration Tasks. These labs deal with setting up a network infrastructure using Microsoft Windows Server concepts. To complete labs in this book:1. Step-by-step directions in these labs use Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Data Center edition. Please have installation media available for this particular version.2. If you do not have the above server version, an evaluation version can be downloaded from Microsoft's site.3. Please create a host system with Windows server 2012 r2 or higher OS and add Hyper-V role. Hyper-V role is required as all labs are performed on virtual machines. Alternately, if you have a Microsoft Azure account, this lab setup can be created in Azure cloud as well.
