And what should they do to try to make sense of them? Missing tracks the lives of a group of artists who begin to experience visions of a dead friend. Each chapter tells the story of these encounters from the perspective of different members of the group. These stories consider what it would really be like to experience a vision of life after death. These stories convey the pain of moving on after tragedy mixed with the longing to see again those that we love.
