This book is based on the story of many girls such as myself who have gone through the phases of love and heartbreak. Often we tend to put so much into our partner that we forget to love ourselves. We crave the affection and hopes of true love that we give them the privilege to tear us apart. Most times mentally but for others physically. We paint over a picture to hide the true identity of their intentions, making excuses for the games that are played. But we are more than that. We are powerful and we beautiful. We must learn to love not only a man but our self.
