Led by John Adams the Christians rebelled and took over the prison ship Gardenia in 2108 and escaped to Ross 128 b which they quickly renamed Pauline. The supercontinent they found they named Christland and the new nation established was named United Christian States. Under President Adams the fledgling nation prepared to battle against the expected armada sent from Earth. In 2116 the Armada known as Task Force Hunter under Admiral Andrea Stevens clashes with the rebels. The outcome of this violent encounter reshapes the world and impacts hundreds of lives. Meanwhile back on Earth revelations regarding General Abner Smith, mastermind of the effort to exterminate Christians on Earth and capture the escaped Christians on Pauline, turns the world upside down. With the survival hanging by a thread the Christians on Pauline build a society based on Biblical laws. Few in number they are called upon to do double duty. This involves both civilian work to make a living and build a nation plus forming a Space Force tasked with defending their planet. Pressed into service to head up this Space Force Admiral Tom Gage must overcome his own lack of experience while building a credible fleet and developing a strategy that gives them a chance to survive and maybe win the expected battle.
