Generally, this process cosnsists of five stages: becoming aware, choosing, considering options, engaging in increasing capacity, and working at ease. Various factors, that may either encourage or discourage people, impact their behaviors throughout the process. In general, people strive for the ability to work at ease. Once they reach this stage, they may realize increasing capacity is a lifelong process.
