In this workbook, children are exposed to essential math skills. From studies, we have learned that in order to absorb, remember and retain these skills, they should be practiced altogether and constantly, as opposed to one skill at a time. The subjects in mathematics are interrelated, and therefore it is important not to separate them. Dealing with mathematics should be a part of daily life. It is important to practice in different situations, in order to make calculations, check sizes and compare objects, whilst playing, shopping or through other experiential activities.
