InnerChallenge: 52 weeks to a better you, challenge's you to get outside your comfort zone. In 2018 I completed 52 week-long challenges that tested my mind and body. With a focus of overall wellness which incorporates physical fitness, mental fortitude, nutrition, and overall betterment! I experienced new things, cultures, ideas, and fads to find new angles that I never thought I would enjoy. I challenge you to complete your own year of challenges! To push your limits and discover the unknown into what you can accomplish. Each chapter dives into a new week of challenges and reflections which you can follow strictly or use as a guideline for custom challenges you wish to pursue! Challenges such as meditation, diets, running, vocabulary and much more!
