In past decades, new theories have emerged from the realms of Biology and Psychology. Applying these theories to my own life, I observed reliable patterns and eventually, a system developed. This system of therapy provides a framework for powerful and productive inner reflection, and can lead to: -An unshakable sense of value and worth. -The ability to enjoy and respect other people. -Freedom from being controlled by praise and blame. -Courage to stand up to all forms of oppression and abuse including self-abuse. -Freedom to be yourself in all situations.-The joy of believing that your life matters and that your work is meaningful. The democratic ideals of equality, fraternity and freedom are within our reach but not without everyone's efforts. My goal is to see an increase in peace and happiness everywhere. I did my best to explain this new system. Now it is in your hands!
