Hoping to bring forth change to end government corruption, better healthcare, education and rights. Third world nations are in the midst of heated conflict. While the old powers face strong influence to either reform or meet the growing storm of protesters. Meanwhile, a serial killer has been killing across the world, burning individuals alive, without leaving any evidence. A private detective named Kyro Roof aims to bring this killer to justice, using his unique ability to track him down, but will the world collapse before he does it.
