Reflections: The Struggles From Within is a series of poems written about daily emotional, physical & mental issues we face. Whether those issues are mental illness, self-worth, sexual abuse, or love's many roller coasters. The overall goal is to create material that we can all relate to. Things we may have neglected to talk about. But what happens when we take those moments alone and just end up in deep reflection. Those moments where we have an emotional breakdown and struggle within ourselves. No matter the issue others are going thru the same feelings and need some way to express themselves. Well, this book is for all of us. To take that much-needed time to breathe, and reflect. Hopefully, that time of self-reflection leads to a much-needed level of growth.
