Over the Horizon
Doyle Sinclair
Seventy-five years ago, pilot Amelia Earhart vanished during an attempt to fly around the world. What happened in those final moments as she flew across the Pacific Ocean on July 2, 1937? Did Amelia and her navigator Fred Noonan crash-land? Over the Horizon shows us what could have happened if they'd managed to crash land and make it to Nikumaroro Island (believed to be their final resting place) We see Amelia and Fred, stranded on a harsh, uninhabitable island. No food, no drinkable water, and the island is infested with millions upon millions of rats and enormous man-eating crabs. Struggling to survive and find food and water as they battle the hordes of rats and crabs, they eventually turn upon each other. Surviving the island is difficult enough in these harsh, unforgiving conditions. . . but surviving each other proves to be an almost impossible task.
