While in Oldham; Raza took Yasmin everywhere; even to see the house on the Pennine Hills where he had lived initially and went to his first school. The streets of Oldham seemed stood still over the years with little or no change at all. Dulal uncle's house was however demolished to give way for a new Old Age Home. He even took Yasmin to see the Hadrian's Wall and went for dinner at Jalnupur Restaurant; renamed Desi Dhaba and owned by a Punjabi.
