The summer 2019 and fourth edition of STEMher by Ruby B. Johnson Magazine features girls and women in the United States of America and Australia who are excelling in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Detailing the stories of a preteen girl in middle school, a woman who designs toys for a company she co-founded helping kids improve their STEM skills, a woman runs a STEAM company that provides drone education and experience, and a group of like-minded women promoting STEM to women in academia and beyond. In this issue, the ladies share non-STEM skills that help in STEM as well as advice they would give their younger selves. Careers in math with average salary figures are shared. STEMher Magazine is an international, quarterly, print magazine that features the education, experience, and skills of girls and women in STEM fields - programs, academia, and/or workforce. The magazine provides insight on continuing education, training and activities, professional and personal development, codes and standards, research, programs and career opportunities, conferences and events, government relations and other touch points to its readers.
