Darryl Cooper, a US Mariner, gets the news that his wife, Lisa, an investigative reporter, had to face a fatal assault while working on a secret report in Kartemore, the capital of an underdeveloped country. Darryl strives in to save Lisa and accidentally stumbles upon a crime racket that involves sexual abuse, exploitation, and physical maltreatment of innocent orphans in Kartemore. Darryl then decides to take on the entire syndicate as he eventually comes across some heart-wrenching incidents of inhuman atrocities that the disabled orphans were going through!!!
