A light appears and a stranger jumps out and shows her six beating hearts and tells her to be at a certain address if she wanted to save her children and also the future generation of Greys, they had to go with him to the future. They thought it was a hoax from one of their family members but when he shows up a second time they knew it was real and had to show up at the address. he was there and they took a leap into the future.
