A man of his unruely times Scott Reeves never had a focussed idea of what he wanted out of life other than to form a street gang and make money out of the legal endeavours of others. His antisocial activities worked profitably until they come into conflict with the territorial ambitions of a more ruthless criminal from across the Britol Channel. Violent gang clashes, along with police intolerance of both gangs' desire to enter the drug trade brings things to an unexpected but doubtful conclusion as the next generation of criminals eye the temporarily vacant battleground.
