This is an account of disturbing and exciting events at a small manufacturing facility of TEKLET, a large paternalistic Fortune 500 multinational business machines corporation. The plant is located in the predominantly minority community of Bedford-Stuyvesant, a section of Brooklyn, New York. It is set in the 1980s, some twenty years after the corporation joined U. S. President John F. Kennedy's initiatives to improve the plight of the underprivileged. Filled with intrigue and romance.
