Seldom do we involve Him in the day-to-day business called our lives. We have limited the power of the Holy Spirit and have casted Him to the background and in the process, increased our power. We are now the shot caller and concede to no one. Reliance on the Holy Spirit worked for the first century Christians. We have to remember that the early disciples were ordinary unschooled men but they did something we strive to do today. They evangelized the whole world in their time. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Alexandre is a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband to his best friend and wife Melissa, a father to his two sons Alexandre Jr. ("AJ") (5yrs old) and Christopher (7 months old). Alexandre has served six years as a minister, and is currently pursuing his Ph. D. in Counseling. Alexandre maintains a positive outlook on life and always sees the glass half-full. He is a member of Toastmasters International and serves as President at his local club. Alexandre is a firm believer in second and third chances and sponsors a Gavel Club (affiliate of Toastmasters International) inside Florida's prison system. This club educates inmates on the skills of public speaking and preparatory professionalism for post incarceration success after their release back into society. Alexandre wants to make a difference in this world through caring, serving and teaching, just as Christ did during His time on earth."
