It is written by an ordinary church layman based on his own reading of the Holy Bible over many years, and his own personal experiences with tithing and its impact on faith and experiencing God's blessings. It is intended to be ready by ordinary church laity and not meant to be high theology for graduate students and professors. It is not endorsed by any divinity school or church denomination.
