Everything in Emily Carter's life is routine. From getting up in the morning, to going to sleep at night, nothing changes. If that wasn't enough, there's a feeling of restlessness and discomfort that follows her wherever she goes, that she can't quite place. When a strange girl appears, claiming to be her best friend, she writes her off as mentally unstable. But as she notices strange behavior from her parents in response to the incident, she begins to wonder, who exactly is that girl, and what are her parents hiding from her?
