Just after Issac was arrested in the Restaurant. Puertas ran for the briefcase and bolted in to his office. When the cops came back to reclaim the briefcase Puertas wasn't in his office. The employees, didn't know his where about and the case wasn't in his office. The cops then when for a warrant to search the place.
