Kitty Baier and Fritz von Coelln are members of "Poetry for Pleasure" at OLLI-CSUF. Both having lost their spouses, they lament their loneliness and strive for companionship in a series of poems that they emailed each other. Through the catharsis of poetry, this chap book exposes the hearts and souls of two individuals who experienced the loss of someone they love and are forced to deal with grief, yet get on with their lives. Although the grieving process is different for each individual, it is imperative that grief be worked through, so that you can come out on the other side of it to enjoy God's plan for you. Life does go on, so you may as well live it to the fullest
