People are both producers of design and at the same time products of it. It is in itself a process, and one that has been around for a very long time. Human centric design is the method of study for this knowledge based text. In light of the common threads between psychology and design there is a need for a definition, one flexible enough to grant overall understanding of how design is in itself an academic study, such as the way art fully is.
