In this dynamic issue of Compu-M. E. C. H., Tommy Chase is still recovering from his heart transplant surgery. Samuel is running the Compu-M. E. C. H. Program with the help of Zachary. It is still not clear whether Zachary's intentions are good or bad. On top of that Samuel must battle a new villain named The Terrible Two and The Death Shroud has returned once again. With all that it is an election year, and to make matters even worst a new species has been discovered underneath the north pole deep beneath the cold ocean waters and they plan to destroy all of mankind. They outnumber us 1000 to a million. They are called the CrabKings! This is a WAR to save all of humanity!
