Located in a small town Ashland, OR, the O'Brien sisters (Colleen, Shauna, Kaitlyn) lost their parents at such young ages and took on the responsibility of the family business, Munchies Restaurant and Bakery, handed down through the years. Shauna O'Brien, age 30 and the middle child of the O'Brien sisters, left Ashland and her family a long time ago. She headed out east to become a chef. She had it all going for her: a prestigious job as a personal chef and a wonderful boyfriend. Or so she thought. Could she keep the past in the past? Can she hide it from her family? Vincent "Vinnie" Marchetti, 25 years old, is the town mechanic. He learned all he knows from his father, owner of Marchetti's auto & body shop. He knows everyone, and everyone knows him. A resident of the small town all his life, he knew the O'Brien family. When Shauna came back to town, she was like a breath of fresh air to Vinnie. Sure he had girlfriends in the past, but she was more. Problem was Shauna never talked to him other than business about when her car would be fixed. When he finds out her past, he immediately gets protective of her. He swears he will never let anyone hurt her again. Especially now since Shauna is being threatened.
