Dr. A'toky Smith was a phenomenal brain specialist who dabbled in numerous liquid enhancements these could either be the good for mankind, or a complete economical catastrophe. Unfortunately many of those experiments were failures at LABRATORY INC., where he worked. Then out of miracle circumstances he created a concoction called Cell 9. All it took was for one janitor's unknowest participation in the experiment to become a cancer zombie. The city would soon learn all to soon the hungered evil that would pour out of LABRATORY INC., and no one would know who would happen to be the best hero for them.
