This story is about a couple that are addicted to drugs in the 1980's. The mother Kell will do anything to get high. The dad Cutty is a sexaholic who just want to get by. They're on section eight and on welfare, in the Bronx, New York City area. Kell will sell anything even herself respect just to get a hit. Their living in a dysfunctional home that no nine-year-old should be. The daughter Carol plays a role in Kell plans to get high.
