The delightful adventures of Granny Bee and her grandaughter Binty Bee. "I'm busy busy busy!" Said Granny Bee "I wont be back for supper or tea. It takes me hours and hours to visit all of the flowers!" Granny Bee is teaching her grandaughter bee how to gather pollen and all the challenges in relation to the natural elements. Although it is a fictional story it is based in fact around the honey bee. Which is absorbing and educational for the younger child. With little rythmes interspersed to make it more enjoyable and memorable. There is a little drama when Granny Bee and Minty Bee become seperated. It has a happy ending with Granny bee learning something from her grandaughter as well. On the final page there is a list of 'Bee facts'. Based on the honey bee. Debbie was inspired to write this sweet short story by her passion for children and bees.
