Longevity! Earlier this year, my pastor asked me to share a message on "longevity." This Daily Devotional, catalogs "foundation stones" laid early in my Christian life that have supported my pursuit of the Father, Son and Spirit for 40 plus years, since telling Him at twenty-five "I'm all-in with You." What an experience to browse through my memory bank for several weeks, focusing on what a faithful God built into my life in the first couple years. This booklet is birthed out of those personal reminiscences. I wrote each of these building blocks in a short, "blog" length format for easy ingestion. Ideally, in the first few months of our Christian journey, build these into our lives and those we work with. Now our life is pointed in a healthy direction on our journey so we need fewer do-overs. I've observed how powerfully what we learn in the first couple months is to set the direction for our lives. For older Christians, "Foundation Stones" is a nice "tune-up," periodically returning to solidify our foundation.
