This story takes a look at a bride, who at a prime time and place of influence in her life and ministry, dared to say "No," to the king that she served. Rather than being promoted to a place of prominence in the kingdom, she was cast out of the kingdom, never to be spoken of again. It pictures the bride of Christ at that same place of influence. She has the opportunity of a lifetime. She can make a difference in her world--a world that is quickly spinning out of control. The King is beckoning her to step out of obscurity. What will she do? Will she say, "No," and let society dictate her course? Or, will she step forward with the victor's crown upon her head, marking this generation for Christ? It is her time now! Elizabeth Davidson, better known as 'Beth,' has been in ministry for over 30 years. She is a pastor's wife in a local church called The House of Prayer. She travels both nationally and internationally, speaking at churches, retreats, conferences and seminars. She and her husband, Buddy, live in Clarksville, a small retirement community in southern Virginia. Their goal in life is to leave a lasting legacy for Christ that others will not only admire, but desire to imitate.
