Since the past thirty years, mental health has been a serious epidemic. The daily stress of life can take its toll on an individual's mental state. There are many psychological institutions that strive to help children and adults deal with the vicissitudes that come with living. Sometimes life can lead vibrant productive people to a life of homelessness and despair. Because of a compromised state, a person with mental illness can have serious encounters with law enforcement that could bring them harm. In this story, a homeless teen named Max is safely apprehended by the police.
