These selected poems, short stories, and pictures of leaded glasswork by the ninety-one-year-old author are based on various incidents - both big and small - which enlarged his perspective on Life in general and which contributed somehow to a greater understanding of his relationship with the Maker of life. Very often he learned the 'hard way' that the choice of which path to take is completely our choice and there will be consequences, but those consequences neither be 'good' nor 'bad'. They are only part of a greater plan in our "pursuit of happiness." The joy that comes with Happiness is experienced in this life in little chips and pieces, in both simple and profound ways ranging from quiet, tranquil, and treasured moments to wild, unforgettable breath-taking times, but it will only be savored in its true nature and fullness when our life is over and we enter into the unending now of eternity with our Lord.
