After Heather Frosty bumps into Hector Carasco and drops her purse on the street, Hector picks it up then walks Heather to work. They form a romantic bond and begin dating. On their first date, Hector reveals he was laid off from his job as a computer programmer in upper management. Heather is sympathetic at first but eventually dumps Hector in cold blood claiming she only wants a man who can help satisfy her material desires. Infuriated, Hector turns into a boor and orders the death of any man who dates his former lover from this point on out of spite. After some of the lady's new lovers are murdered, she moves to a new residence to safely date. Foiling this, Hector kills more men Heather dates. Running out of patience, he warns Heather she puts her own life in peril by continuing to date; she must stay on the move and look over her shoulders while trying to have romance.
