Dave seems like the perfect guy. They hit it off and eventually get married. However, Dave has dark secrets, most of which seem to revolve around his family and his past. When things begin to go wrong between them, Loren wonders how well she really knows her husband.

As her life becomes more and more twisted, Loren must ask an even more important question: how well does she know herself? In order to uncover all Dave is hiding, she takes matters into her own hands, seeking out his dirty little secrets, but Loren finds more than she bargained for-and the darkness she finds does not only belong to Dave.
