England`s nightmare begins.

German airborne troops are landing in the countryside, not far from Folkestone, after the five radar stations securing Kent had been destroyed by a commando action.

Air raids are launched on the main headquarters of Navy, RAF and Army, while the power and telephone lines connecting Kent to the rest of England are destroyed from the air.

The landing is meticulously told from the perspective of German and English soldiers, aviators and sailors.

1969, as a teenager visiting the US of A I saw the then new Movie "Battle of Britain" The film was brilliant and the theme never left me and developed into the question: How could a German invasion of England with the means available in July 1940 be done?
