The sleepy town of Chestertown Maryland, was shocked at the news of the accident which took the lives of their beloved Professor Sheridan and his equally loved wife, Linda. Their only daughter, Gina had recently returned from receiving her teaching degree, and now was left completely on her own. She had never imagined life without her parents. Soon Gina was introduced to some young men from her friend Kari's art class, and later she was contacted by a foster brother she knew nothing about. Because her friend Kari lived next door, Gina felt safe in spite of the fact that the news constantly flashed warnings about the serial killer attacking young women of her description in nearby Baltimore.
