Leave the Bite of It--A Romantic Odyssey-- Including "Freedom Reigns" A Play in 2 Acts: A fictionalized true life adventure of Discovery in novel form following the experiences of 3 sojourners on their personal quest of understanding and Enlightenment through Art and Music as social dynamics of the 1960s Generation, and the search for the Main Point of their Age. Here all roads lead inevitably to the vision of important Artists as figureheads standing tall--beloved precursors all--emerging to take their deserved place solid as four gigantic stone heads: "A New Mount Rushmore" for our Age. For those lucky enough to have experienced the 1960's first hand, we hope to serve as a reminder. For younger Generations, Welcome to our World. You missed a lot, but hopefully our story will serve as some sort of Inspiration--the way we felt it back then. We present here in the Spirit of the Times the fond remembrance of Creativity and Freshness of Humor, the Hilarity of Irreverence, the Respectful Wish for Freedom.... For all those who really experienced the '60s and therefore can't remember anything: Trust us, it really did happen this way...the way we recall it! And to all, we offer a suggestion voiced by our Mexican Hitchhiker friend: the good times never really end, but may become buried, overwhelmed or forgotten. Memories still alive could survive, be revived. "But the Spirit has left; it awaits to be called back." The flames of Enlightenment have been extinguished--until we re-kindle them!
