Walk- Talk- Release! is a series of audio journals of conversations with God. I have always loved to go on walks by myself. God showed up to guide me on the journey. As I began to inhale and exhale, a beautiful love conversation began to flow. God gave me a voice to talk. Conversations with God has evolved me into the woman God created me to be. Walk- Talk- Release! is more than a book. It's my journal of healing on God's Pathway- my heart on paper. At first, all I wanted to do was create 10 journals for my friends and myself to begin a journal club in a small setting amongst us. Little did I know, God had something else in mind for me. The birthing process of Walk- Talk- Release! was in full effect!
