When we create laws for ourselves and bury them in the substrate of our prodigal mind, we often forget these laws. When we subsequently make new laws, we have no ability to reference the old laws to clarify that the new law does not conflict with the old law. Yet the new law will create a reactive attitude in the old law. There may be many many laws in conflict. These conflicts concatenate and lead to confusion, anxiety and stress.
