It's 3014, things have changed in the last millennia. We no longer live in a world where there are countries. The ice caps melted, and have changed the landscape entirely from the 21st century. We live in a world that is unified under one leader, who has separated the world into colonies. We live in a world where people aren't having babies anymore they are genetically engineering them for jobs. Free will is obsolete. We no longer have the choice of where we live and what we will do. We must obey our leaders, or we are seen as inconclusive or unable to do one job. Then those people are exiled, hunted, and maybe even killed. Being 18 in this world means you are now an adult and must fulfill the needs of the colonies. When your coming age day happens you become a fully functioning part of the colonies. Or at least that's what expected of you. Zach and Leah come to find out what it means to get an 'inconclusive'. They find out why the tests they have been given since they were children are so important to the colonies. They find out that inconclusive really means to be an anomaly. In a world of average, where everyone is meant for a purpose, those who are anomalies stick out and are hunted down. Zach, after losing his family, and running away in the night is brought to a place where he has to make a choice about what kind of man he wants to be. Leah, when she is taken from her home and beaten by those in charge, she realizes everything has been a lie. That the colonies aren't trying to keep everyone safe, but controlled. What can they do? What will happen when they are put to the test? Can anomalies truly live in a world of average? This is Zach and Leah's file.
