David, after injuring himself on the job site in Portland, Maine, decides to drive Uber for the rest of the day. He picks up his last customer, a very attractive woman named Melanie, at the airport. While driving her home they experience a near miss auto accident that leaves them shaken and with a connection. After a few cautious meetings, since they are both married with families, they choose to have lunch together at a remote location. As the story continues, their relationship evolves.
