Kept by the Word: Spiritual Meat for the Hungry was written to help readers experience a closer relationship with Christ. It's intended to wean people off of the common teachings of Scripture by unveiling deeper eternal truths present in Scripture. Paul in Galatians 2:20 tells us that he lives by Christ's faith. This thought gives rise to questions like, What does it mean to live by Christ's faith? And Is Christ's faith different from ours? Hebrews 8:13 also teaches how the old covenant vanished away. While Hebrews 8:7 tells us that a new covenant replaced it. What is the name of both covenants? And how will knowing this impact a person's life?
