A deadly virus ravaged the world and left the United States in a war-torn state of division over the distribution of a controversial vaccine. Ground zero for the vaccine, now dubbed "Red City," is a violent and crumbling metropolis loosely governed by the mysterious medical corporation, Bio-Yomi.

Former freedom fighters, Grayson and Faith, gear up to search for their kidnapped daughter amongst the chaos of the run-down city.
