For the first time in years, Gravitas is opening its borders to allow outsiders to join the celebrations of the Festival of Time. However, Vital and others quickly notices things are not all as they seem in the mythical floating city. With corruption rampant and divisions among the populace growing steadily, how much longer can the system stand before it all falls apart? That is, assuming someone doesn't pull it apart by force first.
