Struggling Malton based racehorse trainer Harry Bolt is drawn into a suspicious death investigation when a potential new owner is found dead, minutes after leaving his racing stables.
Although the death has worrying similarities to an event in his own past, Harry's fortunes are given a sudden boost when he is made a rather strange offer, which is hard to turn down.
