As the war in Vietnam was winding down after holding hostage the attention of the people for the last seven years, the country began to shift its attentions to embracing the pleasures in life. As a "live and let live" policy became endorsed, the nation's largest generation received the freedom to follow their dreams - and thus the process began.

As in all generations, there were those who moved on to seek adventure, those who sought to take over the reigns of heredity, and those who decided to create a new social legacy of their own. Uniqueness became a synonym for independence as the might of the country's greatest economic machine was now rapidly disbanding the social regimentations of the past.
