It relies on the most ancient and reliable literature, and it's based on my personal experience as well. Its aim is to condense centuries of knowledge in a few pages to facilitate access to it from people from all backgrounds.
It's an unbiased and straightforward treatise set out in a clear and simple wording as it can be to help and guide the reader among the intricacies of this ancient, and powerful, and exciting philosophy that has changed millions of lives throughout history.
Here I explain its nature, and its goals, and how to get the most of it in modern, chaotic society.
My purpose is to give a hand to those struggling to see through misguiding information and outright lies so that they can see the truth and achieve liberation from their chains.
