Tom Story is retired F. B. I who has been chasing a serial killer for years always falling just one step behind and getting there one minute to late. Now after five years of hiding the Chase Franklin has resurfaced using his fake internet accounts to lure in yet another innocent teen. The media has dubbed this guy the killer catfish because his accounts are so believable even the F. B. I has trouble tracking him. He had traveled the world destroying young lives and leaving bodies in his tracks and now he has a young girl from Twin Bridges Montana and Tom races the clock to save her. Time is running out and Abby's life is in the hands of Agent Story as he tries to keep his head in the game and focus on saving this young girl. The only problem is he had little to go on to even start.
